She’s so hilarious for this honestly. The fact that people can’t see this as a joke makes it 100x funnier.

I always said I birthed my baby, a beautiful black lab. If you asked any of my kids who my favorite child was they’d say the dog 🐕‍🦺

Seems like most of her reaction is talking about how much she loves her dog and how great having a dog is. Which is great, I also love my dogs. I love playing with my dogs, I love going on walks, they’re a big part of my life and a part of my family.

But I still find it really weird when anyone refers to their dog as their son, daughter, or kid.

LOL given the source, trust that she’s joking and we can laugh with her.

Man i hate kristin chenowith, imagine unironically supporting RFK jr. And getting mad at rachel zegler on twitter at her big age. She and jk rowling need to get some hobbies.

    6. Oh fuck this is funny. Even funnier knowing people are going to think she’s serious. I don’t even know who this woman is and I love her already

    7. typically i can’t stand people who call themselves dog moms or whatever but the „she came out of my vagina“ is to bizzare and funny not to be charming

It’s crazy how upset folks get that people actually genuinely love their pets…….

Hey if Mary Toft can have baby rabbits, Kristin can have a puppy.

And I also have furry children. With tails. And they purr.

    10. I know they just look similar, but honestly, Kirsten has a real Amy Sedaris sense of humor

Our dogs are our babies. Our two adult sons completely agree and they love their baby sisters.

    12. I have a twenty pound baby cavalier king charles spaniel sleeping next to me right now.

When we got Rufus, our St. Bernard, as a puppy, my body apparently just assumed I’d given birth to him. My hormones were all over the place. I’d watch a movie and just burst into tears during a mildly sad scene. Every fiber of my being was like „you die for this puppy if you need to.“ I’m a 48 year old dude.

Some people really do not understand comedy. I think this is hilarious. Let people live. Why do we use the word adopt when we acquire a pet but we’re not allowed to actually see them as equally valued as human children?

Lmao I love this and I tell people I birthed my cats all the time. They get mad, it’s a joke. Nobody needs to gatekeep that, it’s all in fun.

Parents are like „dont use our word for your pet!“ and I am more like „Okay, then don’t use my taxes to fund your schools.“ lol I’m out here subsidizing your kids life , I’ll say whatever I want about my dog.

I’m a man who tells people I gave birth to my dog and call her my daughter so. I get it.

Entertainment media deserves this kind of treatment. Snappy answers to stupid question FTW.

Sounds more manageable than this one equestrian YouTuber I like whose biological son Chicken Elizabeth Nugget is a draft cross.

      What a gift, she is.

Still one of the best, most theatrical voices in the business, as well.

I have a child who is the love and light of my life. I can tell you though, I would die for my dog. He’s my baby and best friend. I will die on this hill.
