Well what does he expect? For everyone he fired to be happy? You can definitely tell how this man runs his business based on his handling with DOGE. I can imagine he is surrounded by yes men while he has them do all the work while he takes the credit. He does not have any management roles handling his workers, instead relying on others to do that work to, this includes firings and layoffs. So of course he isn’t exposed to that. Also he has no experience in middle management or data management as even the most simple system or excel sheet has the ability to confuse him. I really hope Tesla moves forward with voting him into retirement.
