Meine ursprüngliche Reise war direkt von Prag nach Berlin, keine Transfers. Ich bekam eine Benachrichtigung darüber, dass diese Reise von No Transfers bis hin zur Mitte des Busses überging. Ich bin verwirrt, denn wenn ich das Ticket übersetze, heißt es zwei Dinge: Erstens ist das Ticket am Tag zwischen 00:00 – zwei Tagen um 3:00 Uhr gültig. Zweitens heißt es „Zugverbindung: Nur für gelistete Züge gültig“. In der DB -App kann ich mein Ticket in eine frühere Zeit ändern, aber ich fürchte, es wird nicht funktionieren. Jede Hilfe ist freundlicherweise willkommen! 🙏🏻

In my experiences, if something has changed with the schedule you can just take any train which makes sense, if you are friendly to the conductor and can explain why you took another train.
Does this change your arrival time by at least 20 minutes, and/or does the DB app say „Zugbindung aufgehoben“?
That would mean it’s now valid for any trains (not just listed ones) on the same day or later (up to a year).
Maybe the bus is needed due to a segment of the track being closed. Go onto the DB website and try searching for Prague to Berlin on that date. Maybe they all will show a connecting bus in the itinerary. In that case, if your train still leaves Prague at the same time as when you booked it, you might not have any other chance of taking a better non-stop connection on that day.
