Sehr spezifische und seltsame Frage und ich weiß nicht, ob ich hier im richtigen Reddit bin, aber weiß jemand, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt, von South Saarema nach Kap Kolka zu wechseln? Ich plane eine Fahrradreise im Sommer und wenn jemand weiß, wäre das großartig !!!

Definitely not possible. Not unless you find some local who has a boat capable enough to go over there. And even then you’ll be going from (at least) Salme to Roja, since there isn’t a port anywhere near Kolka.
Atleast I don’t see any safe possibilities to get off the boat there.

No ferries there, so no.
Some tourist farm in Sõrve would probably assist you with hiring a boat but it will likely be costly. And then there is weather.

There used to be a summer ferry route from Mõntu (Saaremaa) to Ventspils (Latvia), it was started in 2005, but just as it started to gain tractiom with tourists, 2008 hit and it was closed down.

You could build a raft and hope Coast Guard won’t come look what are you doing.
But otherwise no. – unless you are good swimmer and know how to waterproof your bycicle.
Hi, nice plan but unfortunately no ferry from Sääre to Kolka. But I will give you a good second option. Take a ferry from Roomassaare to Ruhnu island. From there you can look up yacht Palsa [https://www.instagram.com/jahtapalsa?igsh=MW1iNDBvdnhvZjFkNg==](https://www.instagram.com/jahtapalsa?igsh=MW1iNDBvdnhvZjFkNg==) (they do tourist trips from Riga to Ruhnu in summer time) and organise a deal to get across. Or just hitchhike on some other boats from Ruhnu to Riga. Depends on how much time you have. Biking and sailing is a good combo 👍 Best of luck
