I’ve come to despise this trend in opinion headlines. “I’m a ——. Here’s what ———“.

The only way to stop Trump is to wait for him to pass away. Right now we’re living like we’re in an episode of a late 90s/early 2000s cartoon where the kids take over the school and have no idea what they’re doing then the leader graduates and everyone like “what do we do now” and then the fad sizzles out and teachers take control.

I live in Texas we have several Trump characters and none of them gain traction. It all ends with his passing. I definitely hope it’s a natural passing and am not encouraging nefarious behavior, but I genuinely think we’re in a loop until he passes because only then will he have no influence.

We need to stop pretending it’s “just Trump”. It’s literally the entire GOP, oligarchs, major corporations, and Christian-fascist orgs like the Heritage foundation.

Trump’s a braindead idiot & easily manipulated CHILD. He’s also a good shield for deflecting criticism.

This isn’t a great article. It’s like psych 101 and then molded to make family situations fit to democratic situations. I think it simplifies it all too much and offers no real solution. Like I don’t think Trump hasn’t been called out over and over about his poor decisions, he just doesn’t care.

The only thing that can fix this mess is giving a shit about other people like you. Like working people, trying to make a life for your family and some shred of stability for yourself. Forget the fucking tribal politics and the billionaire worship. Just give a fucking shit about the community you live in, other human beings. Reach out, make connections.

Social media, billionaire owned mainstream media, and the decline of safe third places to meet other members of your community have warped a despair and loneliness that have naturally produced conspiracy, meanness and bitterness.

Write the own script of your life and quit blindly fucking following scripts you aren’t writing.

You are all making the mistake thinking that he is not smart. All you see is the image of the narcissist who pushes your buttons because you cannot believe that a man that stupid can stay in power. But while you are outraged, he has a hundred other things going on that nobody pays attention to. That is not a narcissist, that is somebody who pretends to be a narcissist to shield his plans and that is pretty smart. Only when you see that, and stop paying attention to the smoke screen, you’ll be able to design counter measures.

The problem is not Trump alone, but the politicians that have chosen to enable his decisions to profit for themselves. He is the large visible target bullying dissenters while the GOP representatives feed his ego and contrive to direct him to their personal battlegrounds.

Arrest every GOP member and enabler. Yes, I’m including the propaganda hosts on „news“ networks.
