Man I wish I had a job that I didn’t have to show up for the stuff I thought was boring and useless.

I get it. I too often need shaming in order to do the job that I was elected to do

We should shame that dude right outta congress…
Edit: Apologies for the hot take and one line response. And I’m trying to do less of this. But Fetterman, he is no longer fit for public service and that happened awhile ago. I hope his constituents have come to the same conclusion.

he acts like he doesn’t have the right to resign at any point in time, never mind for health-related reasons.
If you can’t handle staying, then…leave? Is that an unreasonable take?

Bro it ain’t the depression… it’s the stroke.
The people of Pennsylvania deserve to have someone representing them who actually wants to do the job.
Listening_Heads on
The only reason this goon was elected is because his opponent was possibly the worst candidate ever put forth in Pennsylvania. Now he doesn’t want to do the job and when he does he refuses to represent the will of those well elected him, instead vying for Trump’s favor.

All of us fed employees were „shamed“ into returning too. And by shamed I mean threatened with termination and *still* were vilified by the administration after we returned to the office. Fuck Fetterman.

So he doesn’t attend votes. He doesn’t attend hearings. He doesn’t hold town halls. He doesn’t strategize with the caucus. Other than bombing kids, there is no cause that he advocates for. What exactly *does* this motherfucker do, other than pal around with war criminals? And why exactly should we the taxpayers be funding his almost-200k-a-year salary?

Shamed into receiving a paycheck from the taxpayers to show up to work? Did I get that right?

If you can’t preform your duties as a representative you need to resign. Let someone physically and mentally fit do the job.

It’s his own behavior that’s shamed him. First he flipped to being more Centrist in his views, votes, and message. Then there’s the airplane seatbelt video. From what I’ve seen, he seems unwell and the angry shell of the former man that made so many other people believe in him.
If he’s too ashamed to do his job, then he should resign. Considering how hard Republicans have defended his erratic behavior, I think he’ll switch sides.

The article says this guy stays home in PA on Mondays so he can hang out with his kids. He also stays home on Thursdays so he can hang out with his dad. That means his weekend starts on Thursday and then he’s back in DC on Tuesday?
I think people are more pissed off about his 2-day workweek and unconditional support of Israel rather than his mental health.
