I’m expecting to see that judge name written in capital letter on ~~Pravda~~ **Truth** within the next week.
Probably with a few derogative remarks that I don’t know if they were made by a 13 Year old COD lobby from 2004 or by the current US president.

It’s significant that even a Republican-appointed judge is calling out Trump’s constitutional violations. The rule of law matters, regardless of political affiliation.

I am old enough to remember when judges were referred to without mentioning their party because it didn’t really matter that much. Heck, we used to sit back to wait and see if SCOTUS judges would end up leaning on one direction or another, even after careful vetting. (I’m pretty old…).
But, that’s also back when one party wouldn’t have put forth such blatantly partisan and inexperience people up for the job in the *first* place.

We also used to agree on the facts for the most part, and then we simply argued about *how to deal with them*, but even that is lost now.
