I’m wondering if that hit, was disrupted by the rotors (which likely will have caused damage) or if detonation above like that would produce sufficient radial shrapnel to cause damage to what looks like a Mi-17(?)?

I think this is the drone POV of footage posted a day or two ago, in which 3 helos are infiltrating troops and supplies and 1 is struck by unidentified fire and subsequently crashed. I think this confirms it was a drone that downed it. Which is impressive.
