And even if it was an accident – why and how. There is absolutely no situation in which during a work meeting it is appropriate to be unclothed.

I don’t understand people who can be half naked on those things. He knew it was a work call. Panel found he voluntarily chose to work on that day. People who do that for work teams must get some kick out of the possibility of being caught.
The argument that „Because it’s a bank holiday I don’t have to wear pants on a zoom call“ is clutching at straws.
