Ich habe gerade eine Woche in Sarpsborg-Fredrikstad verbracht und diese Mannlochbezüge mit einem atomaren Motiv immer wieder gesehen. Google half nicht, und mein Freund, ein gebürtiger Fredrikstad, hatte auch keine Ahnung. Was ist mit ihnen los?
