Maybe the „glue“ under the tiles is getting old and loose.
Or it was installed incorrectly.
Inform your landlord about the problem; I don’t see how they would be able to blame you for anything regarding the issue.
If you don’t inform them on time though, that would be able to be blamed onto you.
(But to be honest, I cannot see it in the pictures, maybe you need to take more / other pictures and/or highlight the issue)
