Als koreanisch-amerikanischer Leben in Deutschland ist es immer interessant zu sehen, dass koreanische Dinge populärer werden, aber das ist nicht Kimchi. Sieht eher nach Sauerkraut mit Chili hinzu.

    1. Please try it and report back.

Only found Korean imported Kimchi to be enjoyable so far.

Yeah, „bio“ food in supermarkets is just a way to waste a lot of money on some nonsense. As a Russian, I was surprised to see *green* buckwheat sold by multiple „bio“ brands. Who tf eats green buckwheat? It’s an insult to all Eastern Europeans.

Anyway, there are plenty of Asian markets here, some of them can have decent kimchi (definitely better than what you can get from a supermarket).

Always getting Kimchi from the asia store, they import their stuff so it’s proper.

    4. need to keep in mind its catered towards the german taste, and sauerkraut is well established here. But thats how every country does stuff like this. Doesn’t make your statement untrue though.
