Mein Kind fehlte einen Ziegelstein aus seinem Lego -Set, also wurden wir ihn kostenlos von Lego geschickt. Aus einem unerklärlichen Grund hat sich Posten entschlossen, mir Vat darauf zu berechnen, aber was auch dümmer ist, ist, dass sie eine Bearbeitungsgebühr mit 15 -facher als die tatsächliche Mehrwertsteuer aufgenommen haben.
Was rauchen sie dort drüben?
PS Ich weiß, dass es wahrscheinlich eine Dokumentation von LEGO fehlt, und dies wird freigegeben, aber wer auch immer die 200 NOK -Mindestgrenze für Mehrwertsteuer für Importe entfernt hat, muss jetzt wirklich stolz auf diesen Wahnsinn sein.

I don’t think any documentation was missing. This is how the system is supposed to work. The amount of work they have to do to process a package is no less for a package worth 10 NOK than for a package worth a lot more, and they are legally mandated to do that work.
Get in touch with Lego and have it sorted.
All the lego should have had the vat paid by Lego in advance. It is probably Posten who made a mistake. It will cost more to fix it than to just pay. I got the same with some «Pick-a-brick» parts. I called lego and got a refund. I use to shop there so I got Insider points as it was easier
Contact posten via chat, they will delete the charges if you document the reason.
Are they just going to do all that work for free?
I mean… Fortolling used to be 200. 49 is a massive improvement, and overall not too bad.
In this case though, there seems to have been an error.
I have had 3 LEGO parts sent in the span of 3 years and always had to pay the 49nok fee even though it should’ve been covered by LEGO already. Probably contacting either posten or lego would resolve the issue but it would be too much hassle.
