      So he continues to lose cases from hand picked judges to the SC. From all the reports he is responding with they are wrong and I am Prez, and can do what I want.       I sort of remember some group or another coming out with some sort of binding, uh, *judgement* I guess? saying that what the President does is legal if he’s acting in his capacity as President.

      I bet those people – whoever they were – have egg on their face now!

      He has no concept of what the Constitution says on the matter. You can deport them, but only after they receive due process. Period. He sold citizenship to 17 cartel members and their family so his justifications are bullshit.
