Been pulled over once in 15 years, how tf do you get pulled over twice in one day
I was surprised to read the learner was a 38 year old.
So his car was initially seized because he had no L plates and was not supervised, and he thought it would be a good idea to collect it without the two factors that caused his car to be seized in the first instance.
This guy deserves whatever punishment the DVLA decides appropriate.
SIX POINTS and a revocation of the license with driving ban should be the outcome in this case.

There was a couple recently, he was pulled over and his car seized for no insurance. His wife came to fetch him. They impounded her car too, no insurance. A friend came to get them both… guess what?!
All 3 were very high-end cars too!
I mean, yes an absolute moron. No question. Can’t wait to hear about them being stopped again at some point.
But WHY was the car released? Seems dumb to seize the vehicle (and the associated time/cost to do so, which I bet the fine and release fee barely covers) if it’s going to be given back without confirming the reason for seizure is resolved?
How did he even collect it? You need to produce a licence, insurance etc at a police station for them to fill out the paperwork that allows you to collect it
