It was an art installation in 2005. The artist Ulrike Mohr took measurements from berlin tv tower, the roof of Palast der Republik was 54,32m below. It is the height of the building considering the obsolete measuring scala of „NormalNull“ (NN). The Height of the building was 54,32m above NN.
