      To punish them? But are those who use these weapons immortal? In the end, won’t both sides lose their youth and their future in the war? Armenia and Azerbaijan must not fight again in that scale. losing thousands of young people means being left without a future. Country without soul.

      I did not realize before reading your post that India did not provide you with arms during the latest conflict when you needed the most. Better late than never. I do not think purchasing weapons will harm any other country but instead will cause funds diverted from social programs, education and healthcare etc.

      More than anything India should setup an Integrated defense system for Armenia. India has shown it can effectively integrate wide variety of radars and missiles from Russia, France, Israel, US and indigenous systems into a single system and use them all effectively. More than weapons, Armenia probably needs expertise on formulating a layered defense system like India or Israel has.

      Let’s get back to reality people. Turkey has more than 80 million people and it has one of the strongest army in NATO alliance. The only way to bring the peace to the Caucaus is to change this hostile attitude and giving up to look for external help which might increase the tension in the region.

      Hopefully India supplies Armenia with Brahmos missile. That will only deter idiots from Turkey and Azerbaijan. Sadly the only way for Armenia is weaponizing itself because neither of your neighbours are interested in peace.

      Since most of our defense products are Indian govt. funded, there will be public support to export them at cost basis to Armenia. Small countries should not be exploited.
