Hallo, ich brauche dringend Hilfe! Ich lebe in Berlin und mir sind am 7. März unautorisierte Transaktionen (2.400 Euro) passiert und ich kann in meiner App sehen, dass sie von jemandem aus Brasilien mit Google Pay getätigt wurden. Soweit ich weiß, hat jemand mit meinen Karteninformationen ein Google Pay-Konto erstellt und als ich meine Nachrichten durchgesehen habe, wurde mir klar, dass ich am 4. März einen Bestätigungscode von N26 erhalten habe, mit dem ich mein Google Pay verifizieren kann. Ich erinnere mich nicht einmal an diese Nachricht! Ich glaube, ich habe zuerst nicht aufgepasst, als ich sie erhalten habe, aber ich habe diesen Bestätigungscode nicht verwendet! Ich habe kein Google Pay. Ich benutze nur mein Apple Pay und war noch nie in Brasilien! Was soll ich tun, Leute! Bitte helft mir 😔 Danke

1) Involve the police. They are not likely to provide support, but the fact that you reported it may be helpful later.
2) Check https://haveibeenpwned.com/ if your data was part of a breach. This may help you to know what happened and to be able to prove your claim.
3) Change your passwords. All of them, especially mail and Google! Never use the same password for multiple accounts.
4) The sad truth: money is most likely gone. N26 is not known to be particularly helpful (their business model is to not care at all about customers).
N26 will help to their full extent. Means they won’t be helpful at all. Made the mistake having my account there. Landlord booked 3 times the money at once and wouldn’t give it back. N26 did not help at all. Worst bank ever.
Consider it a startup.
