      Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has appeared to side with President Donald Trump’s call to curtail the power of judges.

      The Department of Justice has been arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court that judges on lower-level courts should only have the power to issue rulings on a specific group of people involved in a suit, and not issue nationwide injunctions.

      A 76 year old judge who has been on the Supreme Court for 30+ years, and who has not moved to restrict judge powers during his career, is now totally fine with judges having that power removed after his career is now at its end.

      Of course he does. He’s maga. He doesn’t care about democracy he’s shown it over and over. This is basic judicial and basic understanding how federal judiciary works. It’s down to it’s core that a federal judge would effect the nation if they wanted it to only effect a small area like a state, they would deal with it only at the state level
