Ich besuche Deutschland ein bisschen und ich habe Deutschlandticket gekauft, aber sie haben mich nicht berechnet, weil ich heute Abend zu dieser Zeit nicht genug Geld auf meinem Konto nicht mehr nicht berechnet habe. Sie haben mir diese E -Mail gesendet und ich konnte die Übertragung noch nicht durchführen. Ich fragte herum, im Büro von Bahnhof rief ich sie an und niemand konnte antworten, ob mein Deutschlandticket noch nicht ist? Meine Frage ist: Kann ich jetzt in den Zug springen oder ist es deaktiviert?

The ticket should still be active. You will have to transfer the money to the given bank account manually.
Well you have to manually transfer the money to that account, and the Verwendungszweck is very important. Otherwise they won’t know the payment was from you.
Are you planning on using it in June, too? If not, have you cancelled your subscription yet? Because otherwise you will have to pay another 58 Euro in June, since you are already too late to cancel it this month.
If your ticket is still active in DB Navigator then you can use it.
