Not an expert at Bolt options, but looks logical, although they could have made it clearer:
The Bolt option charges you a set price, while the Taxi one will probably be an estimate and you will get final meter reading at the end.
The basic one would arrive later than other options, so other, more expensive options are faster.
Use RASHI
I mean, you can literally change the order to be the fastest or cheapest…And recommended usually shows Bolt first…. stop manufacturing problems out of thin air.
