I don’t have a problem with an average of $15k in performance bonuses for senior management and executive as I feel that’s well aligned with private sector norms. I expect that this is comparable to similar roles in private media companies like those under Bell, Rogers, CTV, etc.

So taking away performance incentives and just giving them the cash up front as salary? (Yup)
Truly genius stuff, thank goodness the general public has such a knee jerk reaction to the idea of “bonuses” or we might be able to actually implement efficient and potentially cost saving payment mechanisms.
