Mein Freund hat eine neue Erlaubnis der Bewohner aus Finnland. Wir haben es uns angesehen und es gibt eine holographische (ish?) Siegel, die wie eine Art Human mit einer Frau und einem Mond aussieht? Weiß jemand, wovon ich spreche oder worüber es sich bezieht? So neugierig.

This isn’t from Finland. There’s no Finnish not Swedish anywhere and the issuing authority seems to be from Warsaw (poland)
