I noticed foreign brands in Armenia come at a significant surcharge. This will probably be the case for as long as some Armenians value the prestige associated with brands. Consider it a luxury tax on the financially irresponsible.
If the poor quality of fast fashion weren’t already enough of a deterrent, now you have one more reason to buy local.
I don’t see it. 49 dollar equals appr 40 euro equals appr 20000 amd.

Not surprising for imported brands tbh. Whats really crazy is the prices of local produce.
Yes here in the US Zara prices are also more than in Europe . Same as in Armenia . 19900 is about $50
