RFK Jr. has been touting a common, over-the-counter vitamin pill as a measles preventative. I don’t remember exactly which one he said, but I *think* it was Hepatitis B. I’m going to get some today!
*(just kidding: i was vaccinated years ago and my doc. said I’m still immune).*

**Mennonite.**

Anyone want to take a guess as to what all these regions have in common? Anyone? Oh right, they all are heavily Mennonite communities.
This current outbreak has been tied to a Mennonite gathering in New Brunswick and thanks to that has been dispersed across the country. That’s why there’s now vaccination info translated to Low German, etc.
This came up with COVID vaccinations too and there were articles about Two Hills back in 2021. It was the lowest vaccinated spot in Canada for the exact same reason. The population is heavily, heavily Mennonites and they get vaccinated.
I get not wanting to single a group out, but come on now. Dealing with the spread of a dangerous disease in not the time to start pretending it’s all random.
MPox is a great example of how not beating around the bush to avoid hurting feelings is beneficial to containing a disease.
Considering how Alberta treated COVID and the vaccine rollout this is not a surprise twist. COVID should have been the practice test for future situations and they failed that because they rebel for the sake of rebelling just to stick to Ottawa.
