      Ok now let’s compare this by the numbers. How many men (maybe women for other issues) are getting Viagra, versus how many trans people are receiving care. Them figure out cost per person

      Pulmonary hypertension is relatively rare; most Viagra prescriptions are for erectile dysfunction.

      Which is fine! Healthcare *should* help you live a fulfilling life, not just keep the cogs running well enough to continue producing value! It’s a good thing that servicemembers can get treatment for sexual function, instead of being told that a working penis is a frivolous luxury.

      anyway whatever, none of this is about money, it’s about playground bullies saying that if someone is weird you get to hurt them, that’s why there’s this tone of bloodthirsty *glee* in everyone cheering for it. you think they get this foamed at the mouth every time the military announces a minor cost-cutting measure?
