All of the emergency executive orders are illegal. There is no invading army of ms13 gang members, there is no energy emergency at all, there is no such thing as a trade defect emergency. This is an abuse of power and the fact that he still sits in the white house is an actual emergency.
This, they would not risk the wrath of one geriatric reality tv “star”, the. 330 million gun toting Americans.
What does he have on them? Or what can he offer them that makes this a worthwhile risk?
The other states suing are Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.
Not Texas, Florida, or any state South of the Mason Dixon.

Really, it’s Russell Vought’s executive order. Trump signs whatever Vought puts in front of him. Vought has been building up this attack on US institutions for at least the past four years.

Most of his executive orders are suspect! The only ones attempting to hold him accountable don’t have much power thanks to the American electorate. Once again thanks for bringing in an era of unprecedented corruption.
