Wie Sie sehen, habe ich ein Werbepaket, das für unbegrenzte Daten monatlich 10,95 monatlich sein sollte (was es ist und sobald ich keine Hochgeschwindigkeitsdaten ausgeht, erhalte ich immer eine SMS, die sagt "Wenn Sie keine Hochgeschwindigkeitsdaten mehr haben, können Sie mit gedrosselter Geschwindigkeit weiter surfen oder unsere anderen Datenpakete überprüfen."
Wie Sie unten sehen, gibt es eine "Option beschleunigen" Wert 20 CHF. Der Haken ist, ich habe dieses Paket nie gekauft, beantragt oder abonniert. Erst jetzt wurde mir klar, dass ich jeden Monat aufgeladen habe und mich für ein Abonnement, für das ich noch nie eingesetzt hatte, ungefähr -100 CHF aufgeladen habe.
Das scheint mir sehr illegal. Kann ich Lebara dafür verklagen?

You can sue them for this, but be ready to pay 3k up front and loose in court.
No mention of even calling support and ask once, but asking if you can sue? smh
You should probably take a one way ticket to the US. You could sue anyone for anything there.
Well, to begin the discussion with sueing is probably not the best idea (unless you’re retared).
But you could of course ask the provider for an explanation and demand your money back.
In case they refuse to refund you the money and you’re convinced that you have never subscribed to this option (and there is nothing in your contract that somehow allows them to automatically apply the upgrade), then you could probably ineed start a civil lawsuit for „ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung“.
Yes. Sue them. Get the best and most expensive lawyer you could get. They will have to pay you 100fr back.
