The conflict between India and Pakistan reminded me of this part from Max Brooke’s World War Z. Do you think nuclear war, or further conflict, can be avoided thanks to past (if any) administration action done between the 2 states? The conflict has been existing for a long time and because the concern of nuclear war, it would be most likely avoided or result in heavily restricted warfare. Lastly, I think it shows the importance of having diplomatic hotlines between states as it shows that allies aren’t permanent and could change from ally to foe quickly.
