It’s nice they still think Putin cares what they think. ☺️
They aren’t significant at all. Russia has already rejected this exact deal the last time it was brought up. They have no incentive to allow Ukraine 30 days to rearm if they get nothing in return. These ceasefire talks that Russia doesn’t even participate in are just a waste of money and time
Putin is not going to respond to anything other than the threat of massive military action against him. Everyone’s been trying to duck that cold hard reality for three years now.
