      I really don’t think that you want to swap places with people who are seen by a doctor immediately. Those are emergencies.

      Unfortunately that’s normal if you’re not privately insured. When it comes to health care you’re a 2nd class citizen if you don’t invest in private health care

      According to this message, you don’t yet have an appointment, and they will give you one once you provide the Überweisung. So yes, it seems like you might be misunderstanding something.

      It’s not. There are limited capacity’s and if there is more demand, then you have to wait (but that is not a Charité thing, that’s everywhere worldwide the case). If you are a real emergency, you will be treated immediately of course
