Try thinking about it this way – you’re sitting down eating at a restaurant. All of a sudden this child starts jumping on the table, throws food in peoples’ faces, tries to stick his hand up the waitress’s skirt, and then shits his pants right before smearing it on all of the walls.
At what point do you switch from “oh my god what a terribly behaved child!” to “where the fuck are his parents?!”
This is on the republicans who have the power to end this today. They aren’t. Because they don’t want to.
In a press conference today he was asked about removing tariffs from strollers. He said he’d have to think about it because he wanted to keep it simple.
What kind of a world is it when people ask the supreme leader to make individual trade items less expensive that he’s imposed a massive tax on? Which branch of government has the powers of the purse again?
Not only that but a man who no longer has the mental capacity to understand the ramifications of his actions. Instead he relies on ideas from the 40’s and 50’s before trade became global as well as old TV shows to get his inspiration.
The Republican Party is guilty. Why they are doing this is anybody’s guess.
