I have two scenarios in my head. 1: Trump is just repeating whatever he was told last and either his own staff or Canada glazed him in reminding him how „great“ his trade deal was. 2: Trump just hated Trudeau and wanted to insult and bully him regardless of who won or lost the Canadian election, which is actual child behavior.
