Because they are beholden to corporations. Offer universal healthcare, $20/hour minimum wage, reasonable child care rates and affordable career/college education and they would win in a landslide. Problem is corporations don’t want us to have any of that.
No consequential elections. But today is voting day for many. Get out and vote USA.
Trump sucks.
Current dems also suck, though generally less than Trump.
People are hungry for an actual advocate of the working class.
When your opponent insists upon losing, let them.
The Democratic party is currently a rudderless ship. Schumer and Jeffries are doing absolutely nothing. The only ones who seem to care are Sanders, AOC, and Buttigieg.
