Defence Minister of Pakistan Khawaja Asif said in an interview that if India were to build any structure on the river. They would attack the structure directly. They are having practices with both the Navy and Air Force on the Pakistan front.
This is a provocation by the Indian state to not start a war directly but start it indirectly, but it can be argued Pakistan was the one to do it, of course it was. Since both Khawaja Asif had accepted on live television that Pakistan had hand in the terrorism business, doing the so-called dirty work of Usa and Uk.
