Ich bin ein Mech -Absolvent aus Indien mit 2,3 (7,23/10) Deutsch GPA, 7,5 in IELTS und Berufserfahrung von 6 Monaten. Das *1 im Bild zeigt, dass alle Bewerber zugelassen wurden. Stehe ich eine Chance?
PS: Ich bin ein EU -Staatsbürger (spanischer Staatsbürger). Technisch gesehen bin ich also einem Deutschen gleich.

Are you sure you correctly understood the table? Could you link to the page? It looks like this is the NC cutoff for previous semesters and successful applicants have a 1,0.
