      I’ve seen some old maps like this floating around, so I decided to create a more updated version. A handful of states have been getting new flags recently, and there are likely more to come over the next few years.

      I now hope that when Illinois chooses its new flag that it won’t go with a blue background since it would blend in with the majority of Midwestern states.
