      Thank you to u/GomezFigueroa for first suggesting to add borders. I didn’t think it would be that big of an issue.

      So the only three states that are always have their capital the closest are Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island, it seems.

      P.S. Now do countries 😀

      Very interesting map. An improvement could be to adf which is the nearest state capital.

      Is Delaware entirely green? I’m not sure if some of the tan is bleeding over from New Jersey.
