Oh I hope a police car stopped them and put them through the wringer:

– no plate
– divisible cargo, probably loaded beyond permissible dimensions
– poorly secured load, only secured along one axis
– clearly top-heavy load

When they’re this nonchalant, I’d rate the odds of other violations not visible in the picture being pretty high too. Then I’d think of things like:

– Might exceed the permissible mass of 750 kg for a single-axle trailer (those platforms look pretty heavy and there might be other crap in the trailer)
– No extra coupling attached or no emergency brake cable attached
– Improper tire pressure
