This seems like a decent ammount of documentation, actually.
I don’t understand some of this, I thought employing an illegal immigrant was illegal and from this we see that fed and state are benefitting form tax monies of employing them.
So where is the state and fed level incentive to stop employing illegal immigrants?, is this why nothing changes?.
This feels really meaningless without also having a chart showing expenditures too. I could say an undocumented immigrant, John Doe, pays $20,000 in taxes a year through his job but if his two kids attending public school cost $15,000/yr and him and his family are on Medi-Cal at the cost of another $10,000/yr, that doesn’t really mean much that he paid some taxes when he’s still a net expenditure for the system. One sided data like this really isn’t helpful for determining the affects of immigration on the economy.
The MAIN plank of GOP plan is demonizing these people.
Biden:
-declare emergency in Texas
-deploy National Guard to conservative areas, farms, industrial areas, cleaning services, landscaping businesses
-round up and deport all their workers
-spike the fucking football: we did what you want, deported all the cheap labor; deal with it Greg Abbott and whatever small towns get decimated
96.7 billion? That’s nothing.
