      Some ideas: Change to vertical bars that start at zero, and if necessary label them and get rid of the left axis entirely, as well as all gridlines. No need for the flag although it is colorful.

      I automatically hate any graph where the y-axis ends lower than any values in the graph.

      Do you need the half tickers? Might be cleaner having 30/35/37
