      Submission statement: The title here is a bit misleading. With the exception of the Nordic Countries, Poland and Portugal(?), the results show European publics feeling the same fatigue and ambivalence exhibited in the American public.

      European elites are far more hawkish on Ukraine than European publics are. Heck, they’re even more hawkish than the Biden Administration. While the former now speaks of Ukraine as an existential issue (Russian troops in our country if Ukraine falls), the latter is concerned with other matters.

      EU will support Ukraine even if Ukraine will surrender. There are more than a million of Ukrainians in Europe already, if Ukraine surrenders more millions will flee Ukraine and move to Europe.
