….in the US. Which is a major point of info missing from the title.
Also, does this include international flights or just domestic flights.
*because this is delta airlines and life is a fuckin nightmare*
United is dead nuts last of the meaningful carriers. Makes sense because they break guitars.
I would bet that more people flew under the Delta and American brand names than Southwest, they just have regional airlines (like Republic and Skywest) do the routes that only require small planes, but from the passenger’s perspective it’s the same as flying in Delta or American (except the flight will be labeled as Delta Connection, American Eagle, or United Express, for that matter)
The fact that this is US specific should *really* be in the post title and headline, not just in a subtitle below the graphic.
I miss the opposing seat layout on southwest..
Would like to see it compared to passenger miles.
Why only American companies. This seems
False and
Poor read each.
JetBlue is way more popular than I realized. I’ve never flown it and I don’t remember anybody ever telling me they flew JetBlue. I’m sure a few people I know have flown JetBlue before, but I thought it was small niche airline, not #6 by volume of passengers.
This graphic makes it look pretty strange that the Spirit/JetBlue merger was blocked for competitive reasons
