      Oh my god, I’m shocked … lenient tax treatment of firms run by guys with the right sort of old school tie and lots of lovely non-executive directorships just waiting to be retired into?

      Oh, hang on, that’s not shocking at all. Inevitable, inexcusable, corrupt … but not shocking.
