Ich habe eine Frage … Anfang des Monats habe ich Geld in die Türkei geschickt. Ich habe versehentlich 200 € statt 100 € gesendet. Ich habe sofort angerufen und abgesagt. Jetzt lese ich, dass manche Leute ihr Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können, heißt es, dass die Rückerstattung bearbeitet wurde… Glauben Sie, dass das Geld zurückkommt, oder werde ich damit auch Probleme haben?
Das Problem ist, dass ich das Geld wirklich dringend brauche. 😔😔😔

It says that it can take up to 7 working days for it to show up. The Easter holidays will have delayed things, but you should be seeing the money by now; if they’re not counting Saturdays as working days, you should have the money by today or tomorrow.
If it doesn’t show up, then you’ll have to contact them to try to find out what’s going on.

Saturday is one. Good Friday ain’t one neither is Easter Monday
Given that the refund was made so close to end of business day I’d say today is technically only day 6, so it should come today or tomorrow. 7 business days minus Friday and Monday for public holidays
