„Late last year, a B.C. Court of Appeal decision determined that DRIPA is legally enforceable, meaning laws that don’t align with it can be struck down in court.“

Tbe confusion is real and the fear mongering and politicking is intense .

DRIPA can not simply strike down laws that dont allign including laws protecting property rights .

Ebys back tracking because the effect on industrial projects , specifically mining .

DRIPA opens the door for court cases , it dosnt make them easier to win but it does make it easier to tie up projects in courts until resolution.

Ironically DRIPPA which Eby has helped create and larger ignored the risks and dodged the controversy is the anti pill to the bills he just passed to fast track projects to save face with his failures in the ecconomy.

„Stupid people man its either pause DRIPA with the NDP or bring down the government and have the BCCP completely repeal DRIPA and bring in god knows what other regressive policies they have in store for the people and First Nations of BC and that could harm communities across the province in serious and lasting ways for everyone involved.“
