      The sleeping pill story is actually plausible, but she’s doing herself no favors by claiming she was detained by ICE.

      Her explanation doesn’t make sense, they wouldn’t take the plane back to the gate just so ICE can detain her. All other accounts said she was non responsive and wasn’t following directions from flight attendants. Makes sense if she was zonked out on sleeping pills but just own up to it.

      She was high. Just own up to it and make a joke about it. People will forget.

      While I’ve been following ICE’s illegal arrests under this administration and stand against it, I don’t believe her. She was under the influence and disturbing other passengers when she was detained, and using this excuse is disrespectful to those who are living in fear of being separated from their families.

      If anything, I hope she gets the professional help that she needs away from the spotlight.

      Sounds like she is a drunk and is blaming this on ICE to cover that up since she just got out of rehab. Along with her embrace of AI (she co founded an AI studio with her partner) she’s really uhhh throwing away her rep as a cool sassy kind person.

      Flight attendant here, not one working her flight though. First let me say I’ve always enjoyed her shows and thought she seemed like an interesting and cool person. But this recent situation is being discussed in one of the larger F/A flight attendant groups I’m in and so many people have jumped in to say that they’ve had her on flights and she’s been rude, inconsiderate and just not very nice. I was so disappointed to read all of that because I just wouldn’t have thought that about her.

      ICE? No, that would have been the TSA or perhaps the DEA. What’s she talking about?

      It’s genuinely shameful that she would try to blame ice during a situation like this. Actual people are being detained and sent to camps and she’s lying about it because she doesn’t want to admit to taking drugs.

      It’s possible ICE agents removed her from the plane, but not for customs or immigration enforcement.  Ambien is a powerful drug and she was probably causing problems for the crew.
