It’s a an unfortunate fact, that if the batteries do run dry, that it would still be to Ukraines benefit to announce receipt of interceptors – even if there was no delivery, lest the Russians learn that it would be open season on Ukraine with such a vulnerability. (Hopefully he never has to actually do that… but with Trump’s betrayals….)
