Iran never opened the strait to begin with. It also never stopped attacking GCC countries after the ceasefire took effect, nor did it stop attacking Israel after the agreed time. Now Israel is attacking both Lebanon and Iran again.

Looks like war’s back on the menu boys!

  2. The Orange Asshole will surrender even harder to keep the stock market from crashing and the Strait open (with Iran controlling it).

Ceasefire will end in a permanent peace with complete surrender by America. Kegsbreath will view it as a victory (he gets to keep his cosplaying as a war leader).

Meanwhile, Trump just truthed that the deal is almost done and the US will be working with Iran to dig up all the nukular dust from the bombing.

  4. Damn I was betting it would hold til Friday at market close, but I’ll take this too

    >Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, meanwhile, said the ceasefire applied “everywhere“, including Lebanon, as he announced Islamabad will host delegations from the US and Iran for talks later this week. But Israel has insisted that Lebanon is not included, and the Israeli military said it carried out its “largest coordinated strike across Lebanon“ hours into the ceasefire.

Essentially, they were told specifically that the ceasefire was everywhere and Israel said „Fuck it, we need the war to continue“.

  6. Iran is saying they will withdraw from ceasefire agreement entirely if Israel keeps attacking Lebanon

  7. Trump gave Iran some incredibly powerful geopolitical leverage. I’m talking G7 level. So much winning.

Had Iran tried to exercise this power without provocation, good chance that the US could have invaded, with some Western support.

Instead, the West can only sit by and just accept the new reality. They brought this on themselves.

    Before market opens: Ceasefire

    After market opens: Startfire

P(ed)OTUS, family and friends buying stock at lower price

    Before market opens tomorrow: Ceasefire

    Art of the deal.

Israel wants to keep US in the fight and will 100% be the instigators. Trump is a complete moron

Time to hand out the „Fell for it again“ awards to Wall Street?

The most predictable thing of all time maybe? The agreement basically states in text to Iran „you now formally have control of The Strait of Hormuz“. So they can now use a closure whenever they need to pressure basically anyone.

The world should make peace with the fact that Iran owns the strait now. They know that pressure on this key waterway is all they have to do to cause significant pain on entire economies. There is no way the world goes back to the status quo. A more practical fix to this is agreements for toll free passage. Sanctions will never work on them again. The sooner the world makes peace with this, the better.

  13. Trump got played by Netanyahu again. Who’s calling the actual shots here?

  14. I went to sleep upon hearing about a ceasefire. I wake up and hear about an end of ceasfire. I dont want to go to sleep again.

Just goes to show how much the US / Trump don’t have influence over Israel. Israel is driving the ship here and Americans are paying the price. Perhaps they do have the Epstein files.

  16. Yeah, so here is the thing about straits: It doesn’t matter who hangs a big open or closed sign above it. As long as people are not willing to take their ships through it, it is still effectively closed. Would you place the fate of your entire multi-million dollar oil tanker on the word of Iran or the United States? I sure wouldn’t. Nothing actually changed. It was all just another tactic to influence the stock market, and it’s downright embarrassing that it worked.

I keep coming back to the crazy fact that we have Americans sling shotting around the moon – something incredibly inspiring for our country and proof that we can do complex and monumental things.

Then here on earth we cant even manage a ceasefire for 24 hours.
