Kann ein von Amazon selbst verkaufter Artikel ein Betrug sein? Es steht „Verkauft durch amazon.com.be“ und „30 Tage Rückgaberecht“.
lange Geschichte:
Ich schaue mich langsam um. Für einen neuen Laptop funktioniert mein 9 Jahre altes Asus noch, aber der 8-GB-RAM, die GTX1060 und der i7 7700 behindern die Dinge, die ich tun möchte.
Ich habe bei Amazon einen Laptop für 1092 € gesehen. Wenn ich mir die Preise auf der Website des Herstellers selbst ansehe, kann ich es nicht genau konfigurieren, aber selbst bei niedrigeren Spezifikationen komme ich auf über 4500 € …
Besteht beim Kauf ein Risiko, wenn es heißt:
Verkauft durch Amazon.com.be & 30 Tage Rückgaberecht

No risk, but unlikely it’ll be delivered. You’ll just be reimbursed eventually
Temporary out of stock items with „old“ pricing usually get canceled and refunded when they get restocked and the price gets adjusted.
I doubt it would even allow you to buy it tho
You won’t be able to buy it anyway because it’s out of stock.
Amazon tends to show the last price an item went for when it’s no longer available, but these can also be for refurbished items sold by third parties. They then update the price once the item is back in stock.

Big chance it will not be delivered and refunded if it is out of stock.
Meanwhile it tricks you to stay on their platform to wait, check and probably buy some other stuff while you are at it. If the laptop is so cheap, other stuff is more interesting too, right?
Technically not a scam, but a way to get you stuck.
But be careful, Amazon platform is used for scams as well by other sellers. I found something for a very cheap price and they tried to trick me to pay outside of Amazon system. Ofcourse I didn’t and I reported it. It was taken down after.
Just don’t buy via Amazon. Fuck them big-time.
